Joyce started her journey in the mental health field in 2006 and has 17 years of experience working with individuals challenged by mental health and substance use disorders. She holds a Master's Degree in Nursing Leadership and is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As a lifelong resident of Cecil County, Joyce opened Enjoy Wellness to make a difference in her local community. She applies an integrative approach to treating mental health disorders holistically and helps her patients achieve a genuine state of wellness.

Alice comes to Enjoy Wellness with 12 years of behavioral health and substance use disorder experience. She is passionate about empowering individuals to discover their best version of themselves, whether that be with medication management, psychotherapy or other wellness interventions such as medical weight loss. In addition, Alice is experienced in working with LGBTQIA+ populations. Prior to earning Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Alice completed Bachelor’s degrees in both psychology and sociology. When she isn’t at Enjoy Wellness, she can be found outdoors with her dogs, exploring nature and enjoying the eastern shore.

Crystal joins Enjoy Wellness as a Registered Nurse with 13 years of experience in behavioral health. Having compassion and empathy without judgment allows Crystal to support her patients and meet them where they are. She has dedicated her career to being a reliable patient advocate and feels passionate about helping patients improve their overall health and well-being. She received her Nursing Degree in 2009 and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Nursing Leadership and Administration.
