Founded by Joyce, a dedicated healthcare professional, Enjoy Wellness brings a wealth of expertise to your well-being journey. With prescriptive authority in both Delaware and Maryland, Joyce and Alice utilize their clinical skills with a genuine passion for making a positive impact on individuals' lives. While Crystal is instrumental in supporting our patients with health coaching and case management.
Joyce, with 17 years of experience, and Alice, with 12 years of experience, has worked across various levels in the mental health and substance use field. Their hands-on experience and deep understanding of patient care contribute to the compassionate and comprehensive approach we offer at Enjoy Wellness.
Joyce Bilski, CRNP-PMH
Joyce began working in the mental health field in 2006 and has 17 years of experience helping individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. She has a Master's Degree in Nursing and is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. A lifelong resident of Cecil County, Joyce opened Enjoy Wellness to make a local impact. She takes an integrative, holistic approach to treating mental health disorders and helps her patients achieve genuine wellness.
Alice Harvey, CRNP-PMH
Alice brings 12 years of behavioral health and substance use disorder experience to Enjoy Wellness. She is passionate about empowering individuals to find their best selves through medication management, psychotherapy, and other wellness interventions like medical weight loss. Additionally, Alice has worked extensively with LGBTQIA+ populations. Before becoming a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she earned Bachelor's degrees in psychology and sociology. Outside of Enjoy Wellness, Alice enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs, exploring nature on the eastern shore
Crystal Harris, RN , MSN
Crystal, a Registered Nurse with 13 years of behavioral health experience, joins Enjoy Wellness with a dedication to patient advocacy. She approaches her work with compassion and empathy, meeting patients where they are. Crystal is passionate about helping patients improve their overall health and well-being. She obtained her Nursing Degree in 2009 and recently earned her Master's Degree in Nursing Leadership and Administration.

Do you offer telehealth/virtual appointments?
Yes. Although we would love to see you in person, we offer telehealth/virtual appointments to patients in Maryland and Delaware.
Do you accept Insurance for weight loss services?
Currently, Enjoy Wellness, LLC does not accept insurance. However, we would be happy to provide you with a detailed invoice if you wish to seek reimbursement.
Do you accept insurance for mental health services?
Yes, we do. We are pleased to announce that effective November 1, 2023, we are credentialed with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, CareFirst BlueChoice, and other regional BCBS plans.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Masters, Discover, and AMEX)
Can I use my Health Spending Account (HSA) or CareCredit card for payment?
