Monthly Membership Options
Our Monthly Memberships offer flexible options to suit your lifestyle. Each month, you receive vouchers for premium services, tailored to address your beauty and wellness goals.
Monthly Silver Membership - $175 Every Month
Silver members receive 1 voucher per month for their choice of a Signature Hydrafacial, a Signature Neck & Decollete Treatment, a ZO Professional Treatment, or a Body Contouring Session. The benefits of a silver membership include 10% discounts on all other med spa services and retail products.
Memberships require a credit card on file. Monthly payments will automatically deducted from your credit card.
A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership.
Monthly Gold Membership - $350 Every Month
Gold members receive 2 vouchers per month for their choice of a Deluxe Hydrafacial, a Signature Hydrabody Treatment, a ZO Professional Treatment, a Body Contouring Session, any 60-minute massage service, or any IV drip priced under $200. Benefits of the gold membership also include 15% discounts on all other med spa services and retail products.
Memberships require a credit card on file. Monthly payments will be automatically deducted from your credit card.
A 30-day notice is required to cancel or downgrade your membership.
Vouchers must be used within 60 days of issuance.
Monthly Platinum Membership - $495 Every Month
Platinum members receive 2 vouchers per month for their choice of a microneedling session, a Platinum Hydrafacial, a Deluxe Hydrabody Treatment, a ZO Professional Treatment, a Body Contouring Session, any 60 min massage service, or any IV drip priced under $300. The benefits of a gold membership also include 20% discounts on all other med spa services and retail products.

Annual Tax and Glow Silver Membership - $299 Every Year
Silver Tox and Glow members receive Botox for $11 per unit or Xeomin/Dysport for $10 per unit unlimited for an entire year.
Annual Tax and Glow Gold Membership - $399 Every Year
Gold Tox and Glow members receive Botox for $10 per unit or Xeomin/Dysport for $9 per unit unlimited for an entire year plus $200 off 2 syringes of filler.
Annual Tax and Glow Platinum Membership - $699 Every Year
